Four strong personalities.

The Law Firm

The Nuremberg law firm was founded in 2003 by lawyer Dr. Tobias Rudolph. Since 2011, he has worked alongside lawyer Franziska Fladerer under the name “Rudolph Rechtsanwälte”. In January 2012, the firm moved into new premises on the edge of Nuremberg’s Old Town at Westtorgraben 1.

Since then, the firm has grown steadily and, with lawyer Christian Krauße, LL.M. Eur. and lawyer Laura Todde, has established itself as one of the largest criminal law firms in the Nuremberg / Fürth / Erlangen metropolitan region.

As specialist lawyers in criminal law and tax law, today’s partners have, from the outset, pursued a specialisation in criminal law, criminal tax law, business criminal law and medical criminal law.

All lawyers at the firm have first-class legal qualifications. They engage with judges, public prosecutors, opposing counsel and tax investigators on equal terms—not only professionally. They therefore also regularly defend fellow lawyers in professional conduct proceedings.

Dr. Tobias Rudolph is a passionate lawyer. The A-student sees his job as a lawyer as having to constantly defend anew the essence of law in times of political and social change. Humaneness, fairness and the control of state powers are fundamental pillars of human cohabitation for Dr. Rudolph. He advocates to enforce these values in every single case to the benefit of his client.

Franziska Fladerer

Lawyer Franziska Fladerer fights as a criminal defender equally to bring up the human background of a lawsuit as to enforce the procedural rights of every accused. Solicitor and criminal lawyer Christian Krauße, LL.M. Eur., is a specialist lawyer for criminal law and resolutely upholds the rights of his clients. He is convinced that a judgment can only be fair if the legal presumption of innocence has been observed in the trial. Efficient defense in practice means for him to pursue his client’s interests pragmatically and purposefully. In addition to his outstanding legal knowledge, his sound basic knowledge helps him to keep an eye on the international and economic implications of a case.

Laura Todde

Criminal defense

Lawyer Laura Todde has been strengthening the firm’s team since January 2026. She practices as defense counsel in criminal law. Her particular interest lies in proceedings in which criminal law issues are linked to economic or medical matters. She already worked at the firm as a trainee lawyer (Referendarin).
