Criminal Tax Law

new criminal law specialist

In a document dated 15.12.2017, the Board of Directors of the Nuremberg Bar Association granted our colleague, Sabine Gröne, the authority to use the title of

“Criminal Law Specialist”

to lead.

Ms Gröne has special qualifications in the field of “criminal law”, cf. § 13 Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO). The special theoretical knowledge and practical experience required are only available if, in the field of criminal law, they exceed the level of what is usually imparted by vocational training and practical experience in the profession.

Gröne acquired her special theoretical knowledge in a course lasting several weeks in 2016 and 2017. In particular, she acquired in-depth knowledge in the areas of criminal procedure law and substantive criminal law. She has proven her special experience in the legal practice of a criminal defence lawyer to the examination board of the Nuremberg Bar Association.

We congratulate our colleague and are pleased that all attorneys of the law firm Rudolph Rechtsanwälte may now hold the title of specialist lawyer for criminal law.
